FAQ

What exactly do we get?
Qualified conversations with prospects who fit the profile you define and are actually ready to move. You tell us what counts: the size, the fit, the situation that makes someone worth your time. We find the ones who match that profile and put them on your calendar. What happens after the conversation is yours: your process, your close.
How is the engagement priced?
A one-time setup fee at the start, then a set fee for each qualified conversation we deliver. That is the whole structure.
The exact numbers are set in your Draft Scope after the discovery call, once we know what a new client is actually worth to your firm. Quoting numbers before that is guessing.
Why is there a setup fee?
It pays for the build: the infrastructure, the list work, and the targeting your engagement runs on. It is also the only money you pay ahead of delivery, so it comes with a guarantee. If we do not deliver a minimum number of qualified conversations in the engagement’s opening months, you get the setup fee back in full and can walk away. That guarantee is written into the engagement letter.
Who decides what counts as qualified?
You do. Your definition is written into the engagement before anything launches. After each conversation, you confirm it or flag it. A flagged conversation is not paid for while it is reviewed.
Are we locked in?
No. There is no fixed term and no cancellation fee. The engagement runs month to month, and either side can end it on written notice. That is by design: the only reason to stay is that it is working.
Who is this for?
Four kinds of firms: business brokers, private lenders, NetSuite and Acumatica partners, and corporate immigration practices. Beyond that, two things need to be true. There are clients out there you want, and your referral network never surfaces them. And a new client is worth enough to your firm that paying to find one is easily justified. If either is not true, the engagement does not make sense, and we will say so on the call.
What do you need from us?
Three things. Someone in your firm who takes the conversations we deliver and works them quickly, because a qualified prospect who waits a week goes cold. A sales process with room to absorb new conversations without dropping quality. And a sharp definition of what qualified means for you, because everything we go after is aimed at it.
What happens on the discovery call?
We work through your numbers together: what a client is worth to you, where your best ones come from now, what your strongest recent stretch looked like. That is what we scope the engagement against. Come with a rough idea of those three, and the call moves faster. You get to pressure-test us in the same conversation. If the math holds, you get a Draft Scope in writing a few days later, built for you to mark up. If it does not hold, we tell you that plainly.
